Q. Do you ship outside India?

A. No, we currently ship only within India. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

 

Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

A: We expect all orders to be delivered within 7 working days from the day the order is placed.

 

Q: What is the shipping process for exchanges and refunds?

A: All exchanges and refunds have a reverse shipping charge of Rs 150 per order.

Q: Are all sunglasses polarised and UV protected?

A: Yes, all of our sunglasses feature TAC polarised lenses and UV 400 protection, blocking harmful UVA and UVB rays.

 

Q: What kind of packaging comes with the sunglasses?

A: Each order includes a 3-layer packaging – a Hard EVA case, a soft microfiber pouch for storing and cleaning, and an eco-friendly corrugated box.

Return Policy

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a generous 7-day window for returns. Sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and damage-free. Rs 150 will be charged for return shipping.

 

Q: How does the return process work?

A: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery through the original point of sale. Refunds will be credited within 7 working days after a damage check.

Exchange Policy

Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: We allow a generous 7-day window for exchanges. Sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and damage-free. Rs 150 will be charged for exchange shipping.
